O apartamento fica no Condomínio Floresta Negra, situado na Rua Alberto Pasqualine, 130 - Bairro Lago Negro, um dos mais charmosos e valorizados de Gramado. Ele fica a apenas 350 mts. do Lago Negro, a maior atração turística da cidade. Esse condomínio já ganhou o Prêmio Nacional "Top of Mind" dos condomínios brasileiros. Ele é muito ajardinado, cercado por bosques, possui um córrego, uma cascatinha, pontezinha, grandes jardins, o que torna a estadia muito agradável, romântica e prazerosa.

O apartamento acomoda confortavelmente até 7 pessoas, possui garagem coberta, é do tipo duplex, muito aconchegante, está totalmente equipado e mobiliado. Tem roupas de cama, mesa e banho, eletrodomésticos, louças, panelas, etc. Possui no 1o. piso: 3 janelões em que é possível ver um belo bosque e parte do Vale do Quilombo, 1 sala de estar com 1 lareira, 1 sala de jantar, cozinha americana, banheiro social completo, 1 quarto de casal com roupeiro, 01 fogão elétrico, 01 sofá-cama, geladeira, microondas, sanduicheira, liquidificador, TV, DVD. No 2º piso, tem um mezanino onde se encontram 2 camas de solteiro e no final do mezanino, 01 suíte em estilo serrano com teto inclinado, rebaixado. Ou seja, ele tem tudo o que uma casa normal tem. Quem vai, deve apenas se preocupar em fazer as malas.
