There is a large commercial centre less than 5 minutes by car or on the very good public transport or local tourist train. This villa has fantastic outdoor space with a dedicated BBQ and outdoor eating area. There is off the road parking available in the walled gardens, which have mature plants and palm trees. Walking distance to bars and restaurants (10 / 15 minutes) and Carabassi beach (30 minutes). There are excellent public transport links to Alicante and Santa Pola and around the local area of Gran Alacant.
The outside area is stunning, with a fantastic 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with Roman steps and an outside shower. There are 4 sun loungers and a parasol. Just by the swimming pool there is a six seater rattan table and 6 chairs and a brick built BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. At the front of the house there is another table and four chairs, which is ideal for enjoying breakfast or afternoon coffee in the sunshine! At the rear of the house there is a great outdoor chill out area with a table tennis table, which provides hours of endless fun, for your enjoyment.
On the front covered terrace, there is a comfortable sofa and two chairs with a matching coffee table, to enjoy morning coffee, a late night drink or some welcome shade from the mid-day sun!
The gardens, have a range of plants and shrubs including beautiful birds of paradise plants and beautiful palm trees. The gardens can be lit at night creating a relaxing ambience in which to unwind after a busy day lazing by the pool.
On the roof top solarium you can enjoy views across the open scrub land to the front of the property and views towards alicante airport at the back. There are four more sun loungers on the roof, for the hard core sun worshippers, along with a table and chairs to enjoy a relaxing drink, whilst watching the sun go down.
Moving inside this superb villa, the air-conditioned lounge is beautifully furnished with no expense spared! There is a 3 seater and 2 seater leather sofa, a bookcase with a range of novels and autobiographies, and music dvds for your enjoyment. There is a sideboard with a stylish lamp, a standard lamp, a rug and various pictures. For your entertainment, there is a 32” flat screen TV (with some UK terrestrial and Satellite channels), a DVD player, iPod docking station, cd player, radio and free Wi-Fi. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs and a sideboard which contains a number of childrens games, local information and leaflets of places of interest.
The kitchen has everything you would expect, including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, toastie machine, iron and ironing board and coffee machine as well as a superb selection of utensils and crockery. There is even a full range of plastic utensils for use by the pool.
The stylish, air-conditioned master bedroom has a king sized bed, bedside cabinets with drawers, lamps, a 6 drawer chest of drawers and some pictures and a full length mirror in the passageway. A dressing area leads toward the en suite facilities which has a double built in wardrobe, which has a built in safe for your valuables. There is also a thoughtfully provided hair-dryer for your use, to save on your packing. The en suite for the master bedroom contains a bath with shower over, WC, bidet, basin, and a stylish wall-mounted mirror which can be lit.
The air-conditioned second bedroom has twin beds and a bedside cabinet, a lamp, pictures and a 6 drawer chest of drawers, a mirror and two double built in wardrobes. There is shower room/WC next door to this bedroom, containing a walk in shower, WC, hand basin and wall mounted mirror which is lit. For those guests travelling with a young family there is a travel cot and high chair for your convenience, at no extra charge!
Please be mindful that check in at the Villa on arrival is after 3pm and check out on your departure day is by 10am. This may be flexible subject to same day changeovers. Also there is a cleaning fee of €90 to be paid on top of the rental price. For arrivals and departures between 9pm - 7am there will be a €20 additional charge payable to the keyholder. A £200 refundable security deposit is also taken at the time of booking.
