From the owner

Enjoy this charming vacation house placed on top of the most beautiful neiborhood of Granada: Albaycin (UNESCO World Heritage Site). The house is nestled on “Calle Agua del Albaycin”, the all around the world known street of the neiborhood.

Just rehabilitated (October 2012), the house counts with two bedrooms, salon, kitchen and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has a king side bed while the other one has bunk bed (two twin beds). Every Mattresses are high quality ones. If you need more space to sleep there is a sofa-bed in the house. Both bathrooms have shower enclosures. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washer.. )

You can reach the mayor tourist attractions in Granada in short walks from the house (San Nicolás, San Miguel Bajo, Aliatar, Plaza Larga, Sacromonte and others). It will take you no more than a fifteen minutes walk to reach the center of the city. If you do

not want to walk, the bus station is three minutes away. You can go easily to Alhambra either by walk (20 minutes) or taxi. Sierra Nevada is forty minutes away while the Beach is fifty minutes away (by car).

As for gastronomy, the neighborhood is full of restaurants and bars where you can enjoy the famous tapas and dishes from Granada. Nevertheless, there is a restaurant in front of the house (“Casa Torcuato”) that offers delicious tapas.

Community pool available (July and August), five minutes away from the house (ten minutes walking).

In conclusión, you have all the ingredients to spend wonderful days in Granada, rigth in the core of Albaycin, enjoying its magical atmosphere.

Why can't I call Nacho (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nacho (the owner) a message.

If Nacho (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
