Apartamento independiente con vistas bonitas de la Alhambra en Casa Morisca del Siglo xv, catalogada y restaurada, con calefaccion, ventanas climalit, patios, terrazas, jardin historico y piscina. 2 habitaciones dobles grandes, 2 baños nuevos, 2 balcones, cocina/comedor/estar, muy buenas camas de 160cm o 2-4 camas individuales, galeria morisca aventanada (con mesa), hall de entrada. Muchas ventanas tambien al patio morisco para una buena ventilacion. Patrimonio Historico de la Humanidad. Accesible en coche, bus, bici, taxi y a pié. Para 7 personas hay 3 camas supletorias. En la misma casa hay otros apartamentos y habitaciones.

Uso compartido del jardin historico con vista estupenda de la Alhambra, piscinita (3x3x1,70), tumbonas, palmera datilera, flores, boj, frutales, jasmines, hierbas aromáticas, pajaritos. Dos patios y dos terrazas, tambien con vistas de la Alhambra y uso compartido. Hay suficiente espacio y mesas para que diferentes grupos de personas puedan disfrutar de los espacios exteriores sin molestarse. La casa es muy tranquila, de día y de noche.

Niños están bienvenidos, pero siempre bajo la supervisión de sus padres y respetando los otros usuarios de la casa. Se ruega informarnos si prefieren no tener nuestras dos perras (medianas, cariñosas) en el jardín, y no darles nada de comer. Por favor reciclar, tirar basura, no dejar vajilla etc sucia y no guardar vajilla mojada.

    Lo siento por la fianza para las llaves, pero ayuda mucho para que no se pierdan! Sí, con 7 camas el espacio queda pequeño. El apartamento está diseñado para 4 adultos. Las 1-3 camas supletorias están pensadas de verdad para niños.Pero también sirven para bajar el costo para personas que lo requieren, y al menos dos pueden quedar dobladas de día si prefieren más espacio. Sí, soy estricta con cuidar la tranquilidad de la casa, y para los vecinos. Ustedes entraron por la noche sin hacer ningún ruido! Gracias!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Alice (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
