This is our cozy King Suite Bedroom first floor unit in which a couple will be very comfy, with the REMODELING of the unit. The walls are primarily scrumptious native beetle-kill pine boards, installed on 45 degree angles for a bold, rustic, yet unique look.

The kitchenette has all you need in sizes that suit the room, but nicer than your average "room at an inn". For example, the mini fridge/freezer is slightly oversized, and there is a marble top counter with your coffee pot and microwave. The door to the patio is right off your room. The patio faces the mountains! A 39 inch Amazon Fire flat screen tv on the wall, and an ipod docking alarm clock with speakers top off the conveniences, all in the same room. Open the patio door beyond the eating/reflecting table and 2 chairs, and the patio awaits. Another table and 2 more chairs are there for you to take in the mountain view.

And boutique is the word that comes to mind, when you walk into the bathroom. The real head-scratcher comes when you try to figure out how this beautiful modern bathroom ended up in the mountains like this. It features a full bath tub, and the vanity features modern boutique lighting and plumbing, and a snazzy rectangle sink bowl. About 10 paces out our first floor door is one of the on-site laundry facilities, and about 3 steps from that is the doorway to the parking area. All atrest to the prime location.

NOTE that this unit has a "lock-off" door to another unit that we also own. It is a "Studio" room that sleeps 4. There is a kitchen, fireplace, etc, and that Flip Key listing number is 8674223, if you would rather look at it as an alternative, with more options like comforts of home. You can check the calendar and pricing on that unit. The unit number comes up in the listing at the end of the "Property Description" section. The Inn has a full time (24/7) management company on board on site. They handle your check-in, maintenance, etc. This unit is individually owned by our family, and it is our personal get away and hope you will treat it as we do, so you can enjoy it on your next visit in at least the same nice shape as you found it.
