This neighborhood is conveniently located almost within Rocky Mountain National Park, yet just outside of downtown Grand Lake! When you enter the home, you will find bedrooms 2 and 3 on this lower level, as well as a shared full bathroom. The bathroom is accessible from the hallway and also directly from bedroom 2. Head upstairs and you'll enter the living room, which has plenty of seating for larger groups and vaulted ceilings, making the space feel nice and spacious. There is a wood burning stove, TV with DVD player, and a stereo with earphone jack that you can plug into your laptop, tablet, or smartphone. The upstairs bedroom is quite large and includes a Queen bed. Just like downstairs, the upstairs bathroom can be accessed directly from the bedroom, or from the main living space. Step outside and you'll find a large yard for kids to play in. There is a gas BBQ grill, picnic tables, a ski resort lift chair feature, as well as a firepit for night time fun! Watch out for moose as they are known to call this neighborhood home and might be lounging in or wandering through the yard! Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community.
Columbine Lake Country Club does not permit renters to use Columbine Lake (for fishing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking and swimming), the Clubhouse (for swimming, exercising, TV, or games), or the Gazebo. Keep in mind when booking, that this property is located in a quiet neighborhood with owner residents. Plan on using one of the three local lakes (Grand, Granby and Shadow Mountain) for all your lake activities. Columbine Lake is a private, covenant-controlled community. Renters are not allowed to use the clubhouse, gazebo, horse pasture, OHVs or Columbine Lake.
