Coach House Bungalow in Grange-over-sands, South Lake District, Cumbria is a well appointed, single storey, mid terraced self catering holiday Cottage.

A delightfully, charming and deceptively spacious, One Bedroom Cottage style property, sleeping up to 2 Adults.

The cottage has a small, fully equipped kitchen, Lounge/dining area, modern bathroom with shower and front Courtyard garden.

Situated in a quiet part of Grange-over-sands but conveniently located for a level walk into the picturesque and popular Edwardian seaside town with all the amenities it has to offer, some of which include the Ornamental Gardens and Promenade, local shops and cafes.

Occupying one of the most attractive spots in the area, Grange-over-sands looks out across the expansive sands of Morecambe Bay. A rich feeding ground, for many species of birds, that take advantage of the area. It is easily accessible from the Lake District ( Lake Windermere is only 7 miles

away) and towns such as Kendal are also a short drive from here.

There is much to see and do on the Peninsular from Golf, Horse Riding and Cycling and there are a number of walks to encounter and many places of Historical interest to visit. 15 mins drive from Junction 36 on the M6, or with the added option to arrive by Train. Grange-over-sands Railway Station is only 3 minutes walk away. Situated on the Furness line and offers direct access to and from Manchester Airport. Local buses also run regularly to the various tourist locations, if the Southern Lake District. Ideally placed for a short break or Romantic weekend getaway!

How do damage deposits work?
