mas between Luberon and Alpilles in a Provencal village, the apartment is 45 m2 with a summer kitchen bread oven and griddle, sink old battery, terrace and 4000m garden where hammocks enthroned next to olive trees

a large basin style swimming pool is available, badminton net, soccer cages for children

in the apartment equipped with ceramic stove, oven, Senseo coffee machine and bodum, television, wifi, a mezzanine bedroom and a sofa in the living room, all was carried out in an industrial style, ns and take great care to the decoration and maintenance our house, bed linen and towels and tea towels are provided

    Quelle stupéfaction à la lecture de votre appréciation...déçus et peinés de la manière dont vous relatez les faits! car notre principal objectif est de satisfaire nos hôtes. Fort heureusement les nombreux commentaires sur tripadvisor ou autres sites mettent en exergue une mauvaise foi qui nous laisse pantois...Dès le premier jour madame , je vous ai stipulé que la location était pour quatre et la piscine réservée aux personnes qui louaient...Nous n avons jamais refusé l accès à des invités lorsque nous en étions avertis...Il se trouve que trois jours de suite vous vous êtes retrouvés à plus de dix, allant même jusqu à douze dans l espace piscine! Cela même alors que je vous avais demandé poliment de réduire le train car nous privilégions le calme et le respect mutuel .Vous avez toujours ignoré mes demandes et avez même dit en fin de séjour avoir maintenu le même train car de mariage vous vous étiez engagée avec la famille ...(trois gites loués le nôtre étant le seul avec piscine...) Peu importe madame nous nous remettons très souvent en question et sommes simplement peinés par votre mauvaise foi car à aucun moment vous n avez été insultée! Nous avons subi jusqu au bout de la semaine ce que nous avons vécu comme une intrusion.(voitures en nombre garées n importe comment dans les champs des voisins , repas familiaux à répétition , piscine bondée (plus de dix personnes)... Pourtant tout est bien clair à l arrivée de nos hôtes sur le reglement intérieur... Souvenez vous que vous avez pris possession des lieux à midi trente au lieu de quinze heures pour vous satisfaire car mariage civil à quatorze heures...Souvenez vous aussi du vin rosé , du bacon , pain de mie , œufs frais à votre arrivée en guise de bienvenue ainsi que du panier de viennoiseries le lendemain matin de fêtes...Souvenez vous encore de mon épouse allant jusqu à repasser trois de vos costumes froissés...Souvenez vous enfin que nous n avons fait ni état des lieux , ni prise de caution car notre relation avec nos hôtes est une relation de confiance... Souvenez vous, madame, et soyez honnête.....

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SANTINI (the owner) a message.

    If SANTINI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
