Agradezco enormemente tu comentario y en cuanto a los puntos de mejora no dudes que los tendremos en cuenta. Simplemente me gustaría matizar, que el consumo energético medio de 40 KW por día está más que contrastado con los numerosos alquileres realizados y aunque somos tolerantes en el caso de que sea un poco más lo consumido no ponemos problema, pero es que vuestro consumo fue de 600 KW en una semana. Por lo que como bien explicas, según aparece en contrato, aunque entendemos que los gastos de luz y agua, están incluidos en el contrato de alquiler vacacional, no podemos hacernos cargo de los despilfarros energéticos. Por otra parte, indicarte, que el inventario valorado que se entrega a la entrega, su finalidad no es la venta. NOSOTROS NO VENDEMOS LOS ARTICULOS DE LOS QUE DOTAMOS LA CASA. Simplemente ponemos un valor a los enseres para asegurarnos que los inquilinos los respetan y los utilizan de manera apropiada. Finalmente quisiera indicarte, que como se especifica en el contrato que firmaste, los precios que aparecen en el inventario llevan todos el IVA. Motivo por el cual, en tu exceso de consumo energético, al igual que cualquier producto inventariado, se entiende que se encuentra incluido el IVA, como así se te indica en la factura que recibes por el servicio. Una vez más agradecer tu tiempo invertido en contar tu experiencia.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Christian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
