Located in Playa de Gandia, this lovely apartment with sea views can comfortably accommodate 2 - 4 people.

The residential complex has a communal chlorine pool, with dimensions of 15 m x 9 m and a depth ranging from 1.5 m to 2 m and several outdoor showers. However, not only adults but also children can refresh themselves, as there is a children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. The pools are open from June to September and the tennis court is open all year round (please bring your own tennis racquets and balls). The flat has a private, furnished terrace with sea views.

The bright living-dining room has a sofa-bed for two people and a gas cooker with all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes. It is a nice space to read a book, watch TV or watch a DVD with the children. The bedroom has two single beds and a fan. For colder days there are 2 radiators. The bathroom is en-suite and has a shower and a bidet.

The flat is located in Playa de Gandia, a fine sandy beach where you will find all the necessary services for an unbeatable beach holiday. The beach Nort de Gandia is three kilometres long, offers sun loungers and parasols for rent and has a promenade where restaurants and cafés await you. The quieter beach of l'Ahuir is an important refuge for the local flora and fauna and is home to the Gandia dunes. It is a beautiful area for surfing. Behind the port is the Venecia beach, which offers all the important services for an unbeatable holiday.

In the centre of Gandia you can take a walk through the history of this charming city. You can take a tour through the most important monuments of Gandia from the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria from the 13th century, the beautiful town hall and the Ducal Palace to the Convent of Santa Clara and the Archaeological Museum. In addition, you can make a pleasant excursion to the Bayren Castle. Around the castle you can climb and enjoy a beautiful experience in the middle of nature.

The swimming pool is open from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

The housing development offers a communal, 15 x 9 m chlorine pool with a depth of 1.5 m to 2 m, several exterior showers and a tennis court (please bring your own racquets and balls). Your kids will enjoy playing in the children's pool with a depth of 0.6 m. Both pools are open from June to September. The tennis court is open during the whole year. This nice apartment features a private, furnished terrace with sea views.

In the bright sitting-dining room you can rest on the sofa or watch a DVD with your kids. There, you will find a comfortable sofa bed for two guests. The open kitchen with gas hob is well-equipped, however a kettle and an electric coffee machine are available upon request. The bedroom has two single beds, a fan and an electric radiator for the winter. Furthermore, there is a bathroom en-suite with shower and bidet.

This accommodation is located in Playa de Gandia, a fine grained sand beach, where you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Playa de Nort is three kilometres long and offers restaurants and cafés. Playa de l'Ahuir is a quiet zone, protected by dunes and a nice place to practise surfing. Behind the harbour lies Playa de Venecia with shops and all amenities for an unforgettable holiday.

Gandias' picturesque old town invites you to get to know its interesting monuments like the Church Colegiata de Santa María, the nice town hall, the Ducal Palace, the Archaeological Museum and the Convent of Santa Clara. If you like to be in the nature, you could visit the remains of the Bayren Castle; where you could go climbing and hiking as well.
