Suite familiale de 2 chambres communicantes pour un couple avec deux enfants. Belle terrasse couverte aménagée avec table et chaises, babyfoot et partie de véranda.avec salon privé, table et chaises.

La Villa Victoria est située à Gréasque entre Aix en Provence et Cassis. Vous aurez accès à la vaste piscine sécurisée et chauffée d'avril à Octobre. La piscine est dotée d'un lit balnéo incurvé dans l'escalier de la piscine.

Les propriétaires vous accueillent dans une atmosphère amicale et détendue.

En période Covid, les ingrédients pour le petit déjeuner se trouvent dans la cuisine d'été toute équipée.(thé, café, chocolat, confitures, beurre, pain ou brioche ou viennoiseries, fromage ou charcuterie). Possibilité de s'y préparer des encas ou faire réchauffer des plats tout prêts (sous conditions). Le ménage est fait tous les 3 jours avec changement des draps et du linge de toilette. En période de confinement le soir, vous pourrez commander un plateau repas (entrée, plat, dessert, boisson à 30 €./personne.

Le linge de maison est inclus.

Il n'est pas permis de manger ou de stocker de la nourriture dans les chambres.Un réfrigérateur est à votre disposition dans la cuisine d'été. Vos emballages de repas et bouteilles de vin ou sodas devront être évacués aussitôt dans les containers de tri sélectif à 100 mètres.

Les chambres font 12 m² chacune, l'une avec un lit double ouvrant sur une véranda disposant d'un salon. privé avec une superbe vue sur le parc et la piscine. La salle de bain attenante a une cabine de douche multijets, un WC, un lavabo. L'autre chambre dispose de 2 lits simples de 80 x 200 cm pour enfants ou adoslescents. Elle est transformée en salon s'il n'y a qu'un couple. .Elle ouvre sur une grande terrasse couverte aménagée d'un salon de jardin. Les 2 chambres sont équipées d'un téléviseur avec chaînes TNT. Possibilité, sur demande préalable, de faire un lit en 160 x 200 cm dans la chambre qui a les 2 lits simples.

Vous aurez accès à la piscine (chauffée par panneaux solaires de mi-avril à début octobre), aux jeux dans le parc de 6300 m² : terrain de boules, babyfoot, trampoline, tennis de table, , toboggan, balançoires, filet de volleyball.

Vous serez idéalement placé pour visiter le centre historique d'Aix en Provence, faire de la randonnée en Sainte Victoire, sur les Monts de l'Etoile,le Garlaban, ou la Sainte-Baume, découvrir de magnifiques villages provençaux et à portée du vieux-port de Marseille et des eaux bleu turquoise des Calanques de Cassis.

La propriété se trouve à l'orée de la forêt de Gréasque. Un parcours de santé commence à 200 m dans la forêt. Parcours sportif de 15 km au départ de la propriété. Des aires de jeux d'enfants bordent le sentier aménagé avec des bancs pour se reposer, table de pique-nique ... Un des chemins mène directement au village par la forêt.

Les commerces sont à 10 mn à pied. Centre commercial à 1,2 km. Restauration rapide avec livraison à domicile possible. Bons restaurants à 4 km et 10 km.

We live on site and have another guest room for 2 to 4 people, also on the site. When we are there, we can serve the breakfasts and advise you on your outings, visits, restaurants. We have tours cards to facilitate your discovery of the region. The common summer kitchen must be made clean after each use. Linen is provided, as well as towels for the pool. We have another guest room that can be occupied. The user-friendliness is of place with the other hosts.

How do damage deposits work?
