These traditional holiday cottages sit within their own delightful grounds on the edge of the Eden Valley village of Great Salkeld. With delightful views of rolling farmland, they provide a perfect base for a relaxing, self catering Lake District break.
A spacious detached house nestled into the grassy hillside, with a quiet outdoor seating area, dine outside and listen for the local church bells. This cottage offers perfect family living within the open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen. The fully equipped built in kitchen includes a dishwasher and a washing machine. The lounge and kitchen areas are separated by the dining area.
There are four bedrooms, two king-size, one double, one with bunkbeds, and a sofa bed in the living area to sleep a total of up to 10 people. For those who may find the stairs a little difficult, two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. There are two bathrooms, one on each floor.

The property consists of two wings, one is the open-plan living area (with wood burning stove) and the other facilitates two double and a shower room with toilet upstairs whilst on the ground floor there are two single rooms, a bathroom with bath (shower over) and a toilet.

The cottage is one of five situated in the village of Great Salkeld set in open plan gardens, to the rear of the cottage is a small paddock for recreation. Parking is available for several cars within the Wetheral Cottages hamlet.
