This secluded Green Turtle Cay Abaco Bahamas vacation rental home is simply extraordinary. The oceanfront location alone is beyond compare. The design of the home accentuates it's Atlantic location. There are tremendous ever changing views from every room and seat in the house.

There is also over 1400 sq. ft. screened-in veranda for these fabulous vistas. Eleven sets of French doors fold out of the way to expose this sea air and sounds. The Abaco Cays, deserted Islands, secluded beaches and the Sea of Abaco enhance its serenity and your enjoyment.

The cool white sand semi private beach is generally deserted and has small breakers. The nearest reefs buffer the beach from the Ocean and the sounds are mesmerizing. The Worlds third largest barrier reef is just off shore to 1 mile out and is great snorkeling and diving.

Directly beyond the navigable reef is the perfect location for deep sea fishing and diving. To the North and South are deserted Islands.

Your private dock is on the back side of the Island, on the Sea of Abaco and Coco Bay, protected from the Atlantic Ocean.

If you bone fish this is a World class location. The dock will accommodate a power boat less than 21 feet.

Larger boats and Yachts can anchor out in the protected Sea of Abaco.

We are property owners with an excellent hands on management team in place on Green Turtle Cay. Coconut Beach House representative will greet you the minute you step off the ferry boat, they assist with your luggage and escort you to the house. They are easily available. They also assist you with your departure. We send a "welcome information" package complete with an aerial photo of Green Turtle Cay, maps of the Island and New Plymouth along with details about the house when your booking is complete. When we know your arrival time, airport or mode of transportation we send detailed arrival instructions.

Lindy and Greg We appreciate your kind words. Coconut Beach House is our special place as well. We did spend our honeymoon there. We only saw one set of foot prints on the beach during our two months stay. Serene, secluded and beautiful Coconut Beach House allows for a quality of relaxation that is rare to find. We bought the home before seeing the inside. The location and views convinced us. We are glad you appreciate Di’s decorating. It’s been a labor of love. Thank you for the Greg Russel’s “Road Trip Survival Kit”. Our granddaughter has already asked to go to Hilton Head to listen to Greg under the big oak tree. Since your January 2017 visit we replaced the entire living room suite (big sofa, chair, 2 ottomans, 2 sofa tables, 2 torch lights, TV stand and a beautiful mirror over the dining table that of course reflects the view), new refrigerator and stove, new BBQ, new fans, new WIFI TV’s in guest rooms, new outdoor chairs and much more. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dianne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
