This grand house is located in Greensboro, NC with its back to a private golf course and a beautiful small lake. The house features 7 bedrooms and 6 full bathrooms plus half bath/powder room and sits on 2.5 acres of land. It can be used as accommodations for groups such as family reunions, corporate meetings, or wedding guests. This house has that "away-from-it-all" feel. Bedrooms do not have TVs but the house has Wifi throughout. Basement, Living Room and Master have TVs with Satellite television and Netflix. The house has a main kitchen as well as a full kitchen in the basement. The basement also has a full movie theatre with surround sound and a gym room with a dry cedar sauna, stair stepper, and free weights. Ground-floor entry is available from the basement level. Elevator provides access for those who need handicap access or to move luggage.

A second full-Size refrigerator is available in the kitchen basement and a deep freezer is available for use in the garage. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel pots and pans, baking sheets/pans, glassware, utensils, two coffee makers (Keurig & Mr. Coffee Pot), kitchen aid mixer, smoothie blender, single-serve Nutribullet, toaster, microwave, as well as various baskets, serveware, and large beverage dispensers for groups. Outside you can enjoy the gas grill, pool, hot tub, and wood fire pit.

This house is a great deal!! No hotel in Greensboro gives you this amount of space and sleeps this many people, all for a great price! Great for companies coming in for conferences, pastoral groups, or families looking for accommodations for their wedding group, swim teams, schools, sporting groups, etc.

All groups will require damage insurance + deposit ($500 pre-authorization) for reservations. The damage deposit is automatically refunded as long as there is no damage or missing items. There's an additional fee for large groups. The minimum age to rent is 25. Guest ID is verified prior to check-in.

Our family loved our stay in September. This is an incredible, luxurious home with plenty of room for a large family. You won’t be disappointed!! Great place for family reunion!!
