From the owner

4BR lake VIEW house overlooking Greer's Ferry Lake in the scenic Arkansas Ozarks. Two Level, 4 BR, 2 BA house, 2,114 sq. ft heated-cooled. Full Kitchen, view of the lake from both levels. The layout of this house is perfect for two families to rent together and still have privacy. You'll like the large wide view of the lake that offers views of boats, jet skiing, fishermen, the beach, and boat ramps at Devil's Fork Recreation area. Just outside your back door is a large main level deck with table and 8 chairs and shade umbrella for entertaining, sunning or lounging. Covered patio downstairs has a bench swing and table and 4 chairs great for relaxing with your morning coffee. This is a fully furnished home with a King size bed in the master and 2 queen and 1 full size bed in the downstairs bedrooms. Downstairs also has its own bath and family room. Devil's Fork Rec area is just across the bridge with beaches (depending on water levels), boat ramps, etc. Fairfield Bay offers many walking trails. INTERNET Roku and Firestick TV only.

Boats: Please note that the driveway is very steep on one side and difficult to maneuver boats in and out of with very little storage. We suggest you rent a boat slip at Lacey's Narrows Marina (4 miles from house) for approx. $20.00 per night or at Fairfield Bay Marina (12 miles from house) for approx. $17.00 per night. They both have websites for up to date rental information. You can also rent boats from both marinas.

No pets

Please be aware that the house is not baby proof and there are 2 sets of stairs and the backyard has a steep slope, if it wasn't steep we wouldn't have the beautiful view that we have.

You will be provided with a starter supply of paper items, soap and shampoo. If you run out of an item or don't like what is provided you will need to purchase your own supplies. A gas grill is provided, however we do not supply gas. A fireplace is available for use only from Oct-March and you must use purchased imitation starter logs.

We are located near Janssen's Lake Front Restaurant (Excellent Sun Brunch Buffet), Bentley's Restaurant (Great Seafood Buffet), Sonic, Subway. There are others down at Fairfield Bay about 7 miles from the house.

The Family Market grocery store is nearby, but if you're buying a lot you may want to go to a national chain before coming to Greers Ferry.

RESPONSIBLE RENTER MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD TO RENT. MAXIMUM total occupancy 8 people, this policy is strictly adhered to and violators will be asked to vacate immediately.

We may be able to accommodate a 2-night rental during off seasons. Monthly rates available for this fully furnished home, monthly price negotiable during off seasons, just make an offer.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dawn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
