Located on the picturesque hills of Chianti, just few minutes from the centre of Florence, is the ideal accommodation for those visiting Florence and the Tuscan cities of art. Enjoy the best of both worlds: an oasis of peace, immersed in the magic Tuscan countryside where the vineyards, olive trees, woods and the houses blend in ancient harmony of shapes and colors and the vibrant, multicultural city of art.

The house is a seventeenth-century renovated farmhouse: living space spread over two levels and a basement equipped with a laundry room with washing machine and iron. The ground floor is themed around a picturesque courtyard with outdoor loggia and includes: a large living room (with satellite TV) with a grand piano and a stone fireplace, a kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven, a dining room with a large fireplace for bbq and warm during the winter, a bedroom large double bed, a study overlooking the porch, also with a stone fireplace and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the sleeping area with four large bedrooms, of which 2 are communicating, and two bathroom. From every window you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the valley and the surrounding hills.

The Villa has its own private big outdoor area, to eat, read, relax. The surrounding grounds are planted with olive trees, fruit trees and lawn for a total of 3 hectares. Also in the outbuildings area there are barbecue, ping pong and the swimming pool.

Inside: DVD player, stereo, satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, games for children: swings, wooden shed, games for children, high chair, baby bed.

    If Italy d'Elite (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
