Luxury air-conditioned villa with 4 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, suitable for 8 people. The villa has a stylish and comfortable decor, with a nice mix of modern and antique, which is complemented with contemporary art. The kitchen is fully equipped, with 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens and a wine fridge. There is satellite TV, WiFi and Netflix. 1 bedroom is on the ground floor, the other 3 bedrooms are on the 1st floor. In the beautifully landscaped garden with 200m2 of terraces you will find the heated swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters, a table tennis table, the Jeu de Boules alley and a "Green Egg" BBQ to prepare delicious meals. The villa is situated so that you can quickly reach the beaches of Pampelone via a separate road, or the center of Grimaud.
