From the owner

The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of the main building and has a private, fenced back garden which is directly accessed from the living area and master bedroom. We, the owners live on the top floor.

The house is located in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilia Appenines, sitting on the ridge that separates Val di Sambro from Val di Setta. With its altitude of 450 mts, you can admire the splendid panorama of the Montevenere mountain chain , the historical Monte Sole Park, the massive mountain of Cimone and the entire range of the Appenines.

Belvedere is part of the ancient village of Montorio, which boasts a permanent population of 49 residents, but the nearby larger village of Rioveggio offers a full range of public services: supermarket, post office, pharmacy, bars, etc.).

The property offers easy access to Bologna (34 km.) and Florence (60 km.): the highway entrance and village are just 2kms away.

ACCOMODATION

The apartment is fully and tastefully furnished: the spacious, open living area has a well-equipped island kitchen and a large, cosy fireplace. Along the separate hallway is the main bedroom with double bed, the second bedroom with a single bed and the bathroom with bath/shower and laundry facilities. The living room and master bedroom have direct access to the private garden.

For your convenience, there is also private parking directly in front of the property .

It was a great pleasure to have had Grit and Gerrit as guests in our apartment and also to get to know them: they are very relaxed, friendly and polite people. You can feel immediately that they are experienced travellers who love to explore the beauty of the world. They threated the apartment as if it was their home, with great respect and pride, and left the house perfectly cleaned and tidy. Very reliable and easy to communicate with. We had immediately a good feeling as when you meet special and sensitive people. We highly reccomend them as perfect guests and wish to see them again!

How do damage deposits work?
