Villa Sonia L is a characteristic and welcoming two-story apartment built on a hillside, surrounded by meadows and woods. It sleeps four people. From Villa Sonia L you will enjoy an enchanting view of the Umbrian hills. Villa Sonia L is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 15 km (9.3 miles) from Gualdo Cattaneo, where you will find shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and a grocery store at 3.5 km (roughly 2.2 miles).

Villa Sonia L is located on the ground floor. You will reach it from the parking area along a short private walkway that is flat.

The Sonia apartments are part of an over 200 hectare farming estate, situated on a hill about 450 meters above sea level. Almost the whole farm is covered in woods. About 30 hectares of the farming estate are cultivated with organically grown olive trees. The apartments are situated in two of the three farmhouses of the estate and they stand on the top of the hill, surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove and a cultivation of new olive trees. Eight apartments are located in the main farmhouse, the other two apartments are located in the other farmhouse. In the mansion house, where the landlords live, you will find a restaurant and some rooms.

Once at the property, you will see some beautiful buildings made of yellowish marble stones, situated on a higher level and surrounded by a green lawn: from here, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of the uncontaminated countryside. Every angle of the garden enables you to have a 360-degree view of a boundless expanse of hills covered in green of woods or in silver of olive groves. A few reddish roofs and the bell-tower of a small village nearby can be spotted away when you are in the garden. The air is clear, colors are vivid and bright, and there is peace and tranquility. The smell of herbs and flowers fill the air...

At roughly 200 meters, you will find the the mansion where the landlords live. Here is a small restaurant where you can taste the genuine family-dishes of Umbria. Goods produced in the farm are also for sale: extra-virgin olive oil, wine, grappa, pasta, and sauces with truffle. The landlords are very fond of their farm and will greet you in a warm and friendly way. They will help with anything you need making sure you have your privacy respected.

You will find a beautiful swimming pool in the garden. Part of the garden is consecrated to children, being equipped with swings and slides. Also, a ping-pong table and mountain bikes are available for the guests of the apartments.

As guests of the Villa you will be also able to enjoy of a mini golf, a pool table, a football field, a volleyball court, a tennis boccee and, upon request and for a fee, a wellness area with Jacuzzi pool with 4/6 seats. It is also possible to organize weddings and events in a nearby castle.

If you are keen on hiking, you will be able to walk along paths traced into the woods of the farming estate.

At roughly 5 km from the estate you will find riding stables, tennis courts and sport fishing areas.

A laundry service is available at the property upon request, for extra cost. You can ask for this service to the property managers, once you are at the property.

 

Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 14 meters (46 feet) long. The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Umbrian hills. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September, from 9 am to 8 pm.

Garden

The garden is equipped with tables and chairs. In the garden you will find a children's playground and you will be able to have fun with a pool table. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the greenery. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
