From the owner

Family apartment overlooking the wonderful beach of Guardamar del Segura. Very quite area of the town yet close to restaurants and cafes on the renovated promenade and a quick 2 minute walk onto the sandy beach. Supermarkets, parks and town centre all close by where there is a local market and more restaurants and shops to visit. Plenty of golf courses in the area if required.

Renovated to a high standard to make a great holiday at the beach. Relax on the balcony equipped with table and chairs with views overlooking the beach.

2 bedrooms, one with double and the other with 2 x large singles (extra put up bed available for extra child if required)

Lounge with sofa, flat screen TV and dining area with dining suite. Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle, iron and all crockery/cutlery supplied.

Internet and UK TV.

thank you for the feedback as it is always appreciated and although the vast majority of guests always enjoy and return to our apartment I am sorry you experienced the problem with the heater and did not have a perfect stay. This is unfirtunately one of those rare occurances that is hard to control and I wish that you had called me personally which is why I share my details to make sure guests are happy and looked after. The heater was faulty but is now replaced and we are also upgrading the shower to a larger version this week in order to make it more comfortable for our future guests. Regards Daniel

there was an electricity supply issue to the whole block last March which caused the aircon/heater to break during your stay for which we apologised but also made sure there were 2 radiators to take their place. The buildings in this part of Spain are not the best for obtaining the heat in the winter.

How do damage deposits work?
