The apartment of this 5 star resort is located on the 3rd floor of a 4 story building.

From the 25 sqm balcony you have beautifull views over the sea, guardamar and the resort.

The balcony is fitted with glass curtains. This makes it possible to enjoy the lovely sun during the whole day, even during wind from sea..

The lvingroom has a two and three seat sofa a dinning table with four chairs and a big cupboard.

The satellite tv has English and other worldwide stations.

The first bedroom has a double bed a build in cabinet and a balcony . From this room you have a full seaview..

The second bedroom has a twin bed, a build in cabinet and a balcony. Also from this room you have a full seaview

The livingroom has a sofa bed 2 sleeps

the first bathroom has a hydromassage shower, a double sink and a toilet.

The second bathroom has also a hydromassage shower , a sink and a toilet.

The apartment has a modern kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, an induction cooker and a dishwasher. A Dolce Gusto Coffee machine with cups is present for your convinience. The scullery has a washing machine and a dryer.

The whole house ia suited with central aircondioning warm and cold.

The alarm system, the audio system and the shutters are controled from one central system.

Facilities.

The courtyard of the resort has a beautifull pool with a separated kids pool and a big jacuzzi. Around the pool you will find design seats to relax. The floor is made of wood and the courtyeard is decorated with several palm trees.

The indoor facility you will find a spa with a heated pool, a seperated jacuzzi and a sauna. Of course showers, toilets, changing rooms and a locker for your belogings are present.

The resort has a outdoor tennis court and an indoor fitnessroom.

The resort is child friendly. Beside the child pool it has a minigolf track and a playground.

The whole complx is surrounde with fences so you don,t have to worry that your child will leave the resort.

The beach of guardamar has been rewarded last year for the most beautiful beach of the whole Valencian region. At the 14 km beach there is always a place for you to relax.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jan (the owner) a message.

If Jan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
