A very cozy house, open floor plan with a big terrace and a great view and access to the Carite Lake, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, living area and a big yard. Excellent for recreational activities such as camping, use of kayaks or paddle boarding.

The space

Welcome to Villa Glorimer Lake House Retreat, a lovely home (brand new in the market) in the mountains of Guayama, PR overlooking and colliding with Lake Carite. The spectacular views and feeling of peace this place has to offer appeals to those who like the tranquility and aesthetic of nature and also those who are looking for some privacy and seclusion.

Villa Glorimer has a very open floor plan along with a very large and amazing terrace where you can sip your morning coffee while watching the mist clear from the mountains or sip wine with friends while watching the sunset and listen to the sounds of nature.

Eight lucky guests can be comfortably accommodated in our home. The space is also very kid-friendly as there are many things for them to do during their stay. This is a great place to disconnect and have an amazing time outdoors. Entertainment for all members of the family is guaranteed. From theaters, casinos, forests, parks and festivals there is no room for boredom. Walk down to the lake and fish in the dock. Go kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, sightseeing, the list is endless.

This place has a fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill for those nights you want to stay in and enjoy a meal next to the indoor fireplace. It also has a 65in. flat screen TV and music system.

To arrive, your will need to rent a car. This home is about an hour away from the San Juan airport. Once you book, I will send you a pdf Manual with directions, places to visit, entertainment options, safety information etc. Needless to say that during your stay, I am always a phone call or text away!

Why can't I call Efrain (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Efrain (the owner) a message.

If Efrain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
