A welcome pack is provided for our guests' arrival. A 25% deposit secures the booking, which can be refunded up until 60 days prior to arrival (COVID update- full refunds for all Covid cancellations). Balance within 8 weeks of departure please. All linen and towels - but not beach towels - are provided and changed weekly. A maid will also clean the apartment each week - so you can relax and enjoy the holiday.
We respectfully request that a breakage deposit of £150.00 is sent with the final payment. This will be refunded following a check on the apartment on the day of your departure.
Please note that the condominium management request a one-off payment of 30 euros contribution to maintenance expenses for use of the gym and steam rooms. All the other facilities including the pool are completely free.
We are registered with the local authority for renting and have a complaints book.

The apartment block is situated in its own grounds with secure access. The underground car park has electric remote-controlled door access, making golf club storage ideal.
