Description

This stylish one-bed apartment in Horizon Sky Resort, near Bodrum, is situated in the beautiful area of Iasos, in the gulf of Güllük. Ideal for couples looking for self-catering accommodation with hotel quality facilities, it's perfect for exploring the neighbouring towns of Bodrum and Milas.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has an en-suite double bedroom with stylish elegant bathroom, a double sofa bed and a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The full length patio doors (bedroom and living area) open up onto the private terrace, with great views of Güllük bay and a priceless sunset view...

The resort has 6 swimming pools, farmers market and street food events 2 to 3 times a week, a bar and restaurant on the ground floor level, a fully equipped gym (opening summer 2015).


Getting round is easy, with a daily timetable of water taxis to take you on the 30 minute journey to Güllük, a pretty fishing village set against a picturesque mountain backdrop, with bars and restaurants along the marina, and market on every Thursday. A 45 minute drive from there (take a taxi or use the local dolomus bus) will take you to buzzing Bodrum, while in 30 minutes you can be in Milas, a market town (Tuesdays) which also has many historical sights.

Options on transport to the resort:
1) a pre-booked Horizon Sky Resort taxi will pick you up from Milas-Bodrum International Airport.
2) take an airport taxi to Güllük Marina, pick up the free daily Horizon Sky Resort water taxi (30min journey) and the resort club car will pick you from there.

The resort team will be there to meet, greet, and answer questions.

6 swimming pools (inc. separate children's pool & jacuzzi), farmers market and street food events 2 to 3 times a week, a bar and restaurant on the ground floor level, a fully equipped gym (opening summer 2015).
Children's play area. Free daily water taxi / boat service for guests between Güllük & Horizon Sky (journey time approx 30 mins).
Fitness centre featuring: Indoor sauna steam room, Gymnasium, Indoor jacuzzi, Massage room & hot tub, Sports café and Park area, opening summer 2015.
Although Wi-fi is available it is for the whole complex so can become intermittent when a certain number of users is reached. It is therefore recommended to use mobile internet or 'dongle' if this is a must have requirement.

A hotel quality resort. Construction started 4 years ago, designed by famous Eren Talu, a world class architect, and some facilities are still in the process of being constructed and this is reflected in the rental price.

How do damage deposits work?
