Luxury Duplex Apartment - Sleeps 4 adults, plus two extra small blow up beds for two small children if needed.

This stunning apartment was completed in June 2011 and boasts luxury amenities and spectacular, panoramic sea views of Güllük.

The duplex apartment is ideal for couples and families, and has all the mod cons; complimentary Wi-Fi, air-con, flat screen tv, dishwasher, washing machine, etc.

It is situated on a complex with seven swimming pools, tennis courts, multi sports court, several children's pools, several jacuzzi's, a sauna and a plunge pool. There is also a swimming pool directly in front of the apartment, so you can have a quick dip or keep an eye on the children.

There are local beaches you can try including Tepekoy and Jasmine beach, which is 5 mins away. One of the restaurants on Jasmine will collect you and drop you back off for free if you purchase some food or drink. Just ask at the resort office to ring them.

The apartment is in a very peaceful and tranquil location, but you are not far away from a trip to the castle town of Bodrum, the dolphin park, watersports (Gulluk) or the fantastic water parks. The complimentary resort boat takes you across the bay to Güllük (25mins,) where you can catch a Dölmüs (local bus) or taxi all over the Bodrum peninsula.

In the evenings you can either chill out on the balcony with a glass of wine taking in the breathe taking views, eat at the resort restaurant, walk down to the new marina bar and restaurant at the bottom of the resort, or take the complimentary boat across the bay to the quaint fishing village that is Güllük.

Here you will find many bars and restaurants to try, including the May Day Bar and Broken Barrel for some thirst quenching cocktails or local beer. Or for some alfresco dining you have a fine selection including Berkhan's for delicious Kebabs and locally caught fish.

There is a cafe by the main pool to grab a drink, snack or a meal and there is also a small shop at the resort entrance to stock up on your basics.

*****About the owner***** I first visited Turkey 24 years ago for a holiday and I fell in love with the Bodrum Peninsula. I have family that have moved out there and I have been visiting year on year ever since. I love the guaranteed hot weather, local cuisine (meze, fresh seafood etc) and the very warm hospitable locals who will always make you feel welcome. I bought this fantastic apartment for me and my family to enjoy, and also as an investment to rent out to allow others to enjoy what this lovely country has to offer. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jamie (the owner) a message.

If Jamie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
