Der Süden der Insel Rügen bietet Urlaub in der Natur, aber auch Kultrur und Sightseeing..Für bis zu vier Personen, 1 Baby und auch den Familienhund ist Platz: Gut ausgestattete sonnige gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Ferienpark Gustow, 54 qm+ 10 qm Balkon. Separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Babybett, separate Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle etc., Großes Wohnzimmer mit Ausziehcouch für 2 weitere Personen, Sat-TV, WLAN, Festnetztelefon und DVD Player, Spielesammlung gehören zur AUsstattung...Sicherer Fahrradstellplatz im Keller. Klappbares Babybett vorhanden, Hochstuhl bei rechtzeitiger Anfrage. kostenlos. Gustow, gleich hinter der Rügenbrücke rechts ab- und dann noch sechs Kilometer- ist ein idallisches Dörfchen mit Bioladen, Bäcker Restaurant und Imbiss. Um die teils reetgedeckten Häuser mit ihrer uralten Backsteinkirche drumherum liegen Landschafts- und Naturschutzgebiete. Ein unbewachter Naturbadestrand und ein Hafen für Segler direkt am Strelasund gehören zur Gemeinde ebenso wie die Halbinsel Drigge. Durch die Nähe zu den munteren Hansestädten mit Museen und Kultur auf dem ,,Festland´´ stimmt das Urlaubsprogramm sogar bei Regenwetter. Nur 10 Km sind es bis zur Weltkulturerbestadt Stralsund mit seinem riesigen neuen Ozeaneum- Museum. Wander- und Radwege in Gustows Umgebung sind gut beschildert- aber auch die Rad-Wanderkarte aus der Wohnung darf benutzt werden. Anreise rund um die Uhr möglich durch Schlüsselübergabe im Tresor,

Ansonsten bitte ich darum, die Wohnung so behandeln als sei es die Eigene. Achtung: Zum Übernachtungspeis kommt die pauschale Enrdreinigung von 60,00 € Ein Hund darf für eine zusätzliche Reinigungspauschale von 20 € je Tier mitwohnen. Wer Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc.zuhause lassen möchte, kann diese auf Wunsch für 15,00 € pro Person vorbestellen. Weitere Serviceleistungen sind nach Absprache möglich. Keine weiteren Kosten, Gebühren,.keine Kurtaxe.

Why can't I call Rainer (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Rainer (the owner) a message.

If Rainer (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
