Enjoying a peaceful location within the beautiful the Gwaun Valley in Pembrokeshire and under the watchful gaze of the mystical Preseli Mountains, this end of terrace 2 storey stone cottage provides excellent character accommodation minutes away from the breathtaking Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, judged by National Geographic as the second best coastal destination in the world.

There are numerous cliff top walks, secluded coves, sandy beaches and bays within a 10 minute drive and a good selection of shops, restaurants and pubs can also be found. 10 minutes walk from the cottages is the Bridge End Pub which serves real local ale, good pub food and hosts a very popular Sunday roast. Also nearby in the Gwaun Valley is "Bessie's Pub", where real ales are served from the local breweries and you will receive a warm Welsh welcome.

All cottages extensively renovated and maintained in excellent state of decor. The grounds have open play areas, grassy trails and tree-lined paths leading to picnic spots and viewpoints.

Ground Floor

Entrance into open-plan KITCHEN/LOUNGE and DINER.

The spacious LOUNGE AREA is furnished with a sofa, comfortable easy chairs, colour flat screen TV with Freeview satellite plus Blu-ray player and a multifuel stove, a good supply of books and games and items of occasional furniture.

There is a fully fitted KITCHEN with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, nespresso, automatic washing machine and a dining table with seating for 5.

The light and airy downstairs FAMILY BATHROOM is decorated in fresh yellows and whites and has a bath, electric shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms.

BEDROOM 1 has a double bed, pine bedroom furniture and pastoral views.

BEDROOM 2 has twin beds and bedroom furniture.

There is a large double built in wardrobe on the landing.

The beds all have duvets and will be made up with fresh bed linen for your arrival.

Bath and beach towels are provided.

Garden and Parking

The owners have created nature trails throughout the 22 acres of mature trees, gardens and fields and invite you to wander as you please.

Keep a look out for our many wildlife friends, including the resident foxes, squirrels and rabbits.

There is a large mown playing field within the beautiful grounds around the cottages that is ideal for family fun, adventures, picnics and games.

GAMES ROOM - There is a large shared games barn in the grounds with rattan sofas, ping pong table, table football, darts and some fitness equipment.

Parking is available for 2 cars near the cottage.

Other Information

There is oil central heating throughout the cottage.

The cost of electricity and heating is included.

One complimentary basket of logs is provided and more are available to purchase locally.

A cot, high chair and stair gate are available on request.

WiFi enabled.

No pets and no smoking.
