Set on one of the most charming streets in Gzira, our apartment is
close to various tourist attractions and shopping malls for all your
purchasing needs. Only a 2-minute walk from the Strand in Gzira, the
apartment is surrounded by amenities such as restaurants, bars, grocery
shops, bus stops, hairdressers, banks, and coffee shops. Public
transport to Valletta, St Julian's, and across the island is easily
accessible.
The apartment is located in a new building block with a lift and boasts
clean-cut decor, neutral tones, and sleek, elegant furniture with
minimal finishing touches. The kitchen comes fully equipped with an
electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher for easy
preparation of home-cooked meals.
The property features 3 bedrooms, comprising a double bedroom with a
comfortable large bed and two twin bedrooms with two single beds each.
The bedrooms offer a quiet haven for an ideal night of rest after
adventuring around the island. The apartment comes complete with air
conditioning in each bedroom, as well as in the kitchen and living
area. Wifi and cable tv are supplied on a complementary basis.
We can also organize airport transfers for you.
The neighborhood is very central, with the apartment a few minutes walk
away from the seafront promenade and lovely rocky beaches and lidos
along the seafront. The nightlife is predominant in Paceville and all
along the seafront promenade, which boasts plenty of bars and
restaurants. A bus stop is only a few meters away from the apartment,
and no car is necessary, as the apartment is walking distance to any
amenity. However, for those of you opting to rent a car, parking is
free for public use along the street and neighboring ones.
Please note that the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00
pm, and the check-out time is 10.00 am. However, if there are no
arrivals on the same day, the apartment can be kept for longer.
For the weekly price, the property includes basic utilities as follows:
* 100KWh for 1-bedroom apartment
* 150KWh for 2-bedroom apartment
* 200KWh for 3-bedroom/4-bedroom apartment
* 300KWh for villas
We provide the above kWh free per week with the apartment, which is
more than sufficient. However, if the inclusive amount of KWh is
exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0.35c per KWh. Other
than that, there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is not
inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one
consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day, while
electricity is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The
payment has to be settled on check-in.
