Description

Manor House Farm Cottage is part of a renovated Grade II listed farmhouse, set in the heart of the picturesque countryside of the North York Moors National Park. Located in the beautiful countryside of rural North Yorkshire, between the seaside town of Scarborough and the village of Snainton, it is ideally situated for peace and tranquillity, as well as for plenty of activity for families in nearby towns and villages. Most of the accommodation is on the ground floor and comprises kitchen/dining, sitting room, twin bedroom and shower room. Upstairs (steep narrow stairs from sitting room) is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Beautifully furnished and well-equipped, this cosy dog friendly, self-catering cottage sleeps four guests.

Short breaks possible - please ask. High chair and travel cot available on request (please bring own bedding). Dog welcome at £20.

We will send you arrival details and directions as soon as your reservation is confirmed. The keys are in a key safe (we'll also send you the code) and the cottage will be prepared and ready for your arrival. Although we are not there in person, we (Christina or Julie) are only a phone call away if you need anything during your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Country Cottage (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
