A PRIVATE LAKE? Yes, indeed, rent the 6-hectare atmospheric lake Syväjärvi (“The Deep Lake”) and the facilities on the shore for accommodation and get-togethers. The rich in fish lake Syväjärvi is located near Evo hiking area in Hämeenlinna in its own Peace & Privacy where cities distractions won’t reach.

In addition to the private lake, main building, and 2 accommodation cabins Evo Syväjärvi offers a private beach, a lakeside sauna, a cooking-shelter and an outdoor fireplace. There are 20 bed places and 8 rowing boats. Evo Syväjärvi is great for 5 to 50-person meetings, parties vacations and company events. Spend your time with your private lake where the fish awaits the fisher in the dark waters of lake Syväjärvi!

Syväjärvi is special because of the planted rainbow trout, which we plant approximately 2500 kg per year. Chances of getting fish are much better than on the normal lakes. Most typical catch is an approximately 1 kg rainbow trout, but also other fish species might be hidden in the dark water of The Deep Lake… During spring, summer and autumn fish from the rowing boats or simply from the easy shores of Syväjärvi, and during the winter come and test ice fishing!

In addition to fishing trips and vacation Evo Syväjärvi is great for having meetings on the shore of a peaceful private lake without distractions. Evo Syväjärvi offers atmospheric premises to host bachelor parties. Wouldn’t it be a great challenge for the groom the catch a rainbow trout all by himself?

Evo Syväjärvi is located near the nationally famous Evo hiking area with tens of kilometres of proper and designated hiking trails. We offer our customers various programme services from guided fishing to snowshoeing. Our programme services are a great way to have a break from meetings to refresh the mind.

MAIN BUILDING: Premises for approximately 20 persons to dine, be together, have a meeting, party or just come and relax beside the open fire place with your friends or colleagues. The air source heat pump secures pleasant temperature all year around. In addition, there is a free Wi-Fi and a 42” flat screen TV with a PC adapter.

KITCHEN: There is running hot and cold water, tableware for 20 persons, an electric stove and oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a Moccamaster.

ACCOMMODATION: Two separate accommodation cabins with 8 bed places are located close to the main building and next to the lake. Both cabins have 5 bed places in the downstairs and 3 beds on the loft. In both cabins the air source heat pumps secure pleasant temperatures all year around. The main building has additional 2-4 bed places which gives a total of 20 bed places.

LAKESIDE SAUNA: Dressing room with an open fire place, benches, a table, a couch and a fridge freezer. The sauna has room for 10 persons, running cold water, a heating cauldron and a wood-burning stove.

OTHER FACILITIES: Outdoors fire place, cooking shelter in between the buildings, two dry toilets, place for fish processing, fire wood and 8 rowing boats. 15 fishing rods available for an additional fee. In addition, there is also a robust charcoal grill (we kindly ask to bring own charcoals for it).

HOT TUB: It is possible to rent a hot tub for additional relaxation to the sauna experience. Please ask for the hot tub if you are interested.

HIKING TRAIL: Near Evo Syväjärvi there is an outdoor route where you can take a small hike during low or non-snow season. A route map can be borrowed from the main building.
