How about a unique stone-covered house in one of the most cosmopolitan of Israel cities?

Location: The house is located in the newly built bat-hen quarter which lies in the Centre of Haifa, the third largest city of Israel, just between nave Sha'anan and Ahuza quarters.

The Mediterranean coast is approximately nine kilometres away, so the beach is reachable with 10 minutes' drive, where there is the convenience of the train station is located nearby.

About three kilometres away from the house you will find the largest shopping centre "Grand Canyon", as well as the Moriya-Street and the "German Colony", and both's famous nightlife for the city. Just around the corner is a public playground for children and the next supermarket is just 800 meters away.

Description: The house offers more than 110 square meters of living space spreaded on 3 floors. Three bedrooms (master bedroom with a double bed and two children's / guests' rooms, one with a single bed and the other with 2 single beds), living room, kitchen, two bathrooms and a further WC, a small balcony and a garden terrace.

The stove is fully equipped from A to Z kitchen with refrigerator / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, tea kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, sandwich maker, cooking utensils, dishes and silverware.

Additionally, there is LCD TV with USB port, a DVD player, radio, washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

For the small guests there are ample toys (adolescent and toddler), a baby bed with bed thing, high-chair, a tea-time table and chairs.

Extras: The house is equipped with intercom system and Defenced windows & doors for maximum safety of: it allows you to check who is ringing the bell before opening the gate.

There are air conditioner in each room (with heating function as well for the seldom cold nights on a winter stay), underground upon request parking for 2 cars, a small splashing pool and BBQ facilities.

The stairs inside the house are wide and comfortable but unfortunately make it limited for some disabled.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Zafrir (the owner) a message.

If Zafrir (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
