Located in the beautiful 24 hours gated golf community of Southern Dunes, this 2 story south facing pool home offers georgous views on the golf. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom (one of which is in suite) and is fully equiped with a heated pool, bbq grill, a tv in each of the 4 bedrooms, wifi, unlimited international long distance calls, HD Channel recorder, 3 dvd players. It has all for you to enjoy your vacation. On the ground floor you will enjoy the ceramic tiles all throughout and the nice view from the kitchen and the bedroom on the golf course. The second floor has a laminate floor (no carpet all throughout the house). The second floor has 3 other bedrooms; one is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bathroom with a walk in closet and 2 additional bedrooms, one that has a queen size bed (sleeps 2), and the other that has full-twin size bunk bed with a tundle bed (sleeps 4). There are two other twin size mattresses available for additional guests. One the first level, there is another bedroom with a queen size bed that has it's private access to the patio area. The house confortably sleeps 10 and you can sleep a 12th person with spare twin mattresses available in the house. Whether you come for a romantic stay or for a family vacation, you will find the house is just the right size for you to enjoy your vacation and relax. . The house is located less than 2 miles from Walmart. You can enjoy being quiet while being close to everything (legoland, disney, universal etc).

This review unfortunately contains way too many false information. It is shame that a guest would want to harm a vacation home owner that has done very good business to the point of having 45 positive reviews on another vacation home rental website by writing so many bad things. It is also a shame that this guest who brought her dog and left an important stain in the only carpet that we have in the house is the stairs doesn't want to pay for the carpet clean. This guest requested to check in earlier on their check in date which was not possible as there was a check out that day. This guest also emailed me and left a voice mail and emailed my manager claiming the bbq wasn't working when the BBQ tank was empty. She unfortunately seems to be a person that is looking for trouble, that is very sad.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Julie (the owner) a message.

If Julie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
