Cette ancienne grange, en pierres de pays, est idéalement située dans le petit hameau de Xhignesse à 4180 HAMOIR.

Le hameau, paisible, est rural.

Jouxtant le gîte, la jolie église St Pierre de Xhignesse, classée Patrimoine Majeur de Wallonie. Voir Wikipédia

Vous pourrez aussi admirer dans le hameau (+/- 37 habitants) une ancienne ferme château inactive,

Le séjour est vaste et la cuisine professionnelle : lave-vaisselle 2 sec chrono, 3 frigos bas, 1 grand four + 1 grill + 4 plaques de cuisson, une immense hotte éclairée et le plan de travail, Le tout en inox

Les chambres, spacieuses, sont toutes pourvues de salles de bains individuelles : simple ou double lavabo - douche ou baignoire - toilette

TV / DVD dans chaque chambre - Écran géant dans le séjour - Internet gratuit - jeux de société – un beau bar garni d'un petit congélateur pour vos boissons fraîches,

Pour votre facilité (gratuitement) nous garnissons toutes nos chambres et nos sdb de linge assorti à la décoration. Un sèche-cheveux est à disposition dans chaque sdb ainsi qu'une planche et un fer à repasser dans le gite.

Chauffage au sol au rez + un poêle à pellets. Radiateurs (vannes thermostatiques) dans les chambres.

D'ailleurs votre demande de faire un Selfie avec moi , en guise de souvenir, m'a fait vraiment chaud au cœur. Why can't I call Renee (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Renee (the owner) a message.

If Renee (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
