A beachside holiday home for individuals, groups and families looking for a unique destination well away from the resort culture, but still with luxury rooms and gorgeous bathrooms and other facilities to rival many large hotels.

The main house is more than 6133 Sqft of built-up area in two floors, and beautifully landscaped 1195 Sqft of open area. Set in a garden of coconut trees, the indigenous architectural style house echo the relaxing lifestyle of the island and draw on meticulous design elements to create the feeling of a delightful private vacation home by the beachfront. The floor plans are also designed to provide a sense of privacy and independence for residents, with a gorgeous open layout inside and plenty of integrated outdoor living areas.

CVR will position itself as a boutique guesthouse, with a gorgeous facility and attention to personalized service. We have two main categories of rooms. They are 3 Standard Rooms and 4 Beach View Deluxe Rooms with private balconies. All rooms have an en suite bath providing a fully tiled toilet, a single basin counter-top vanity, rain shower enclosure with glass cube divider wall, and hot water supply and amenities. Every bedroom in the house is carefully designed with contemporary design aspects and safety features, with maximum comfort. Rooms air conditioned, fitted with ceiling fans and are furnished wooden furniture with king size beds, bedside tables and bedside lamps, pinewood closet, coffee cabinet, writing table and chair, arm chair, coffee table & luggage rack. Other facilities and amenities in the room include, mini-fridge, mini-safe, LCD flat screen TV sets, Cable TV, and phones interconnecting rooms, hairdryer, colorful floor mats and pictures decorating the walls and vases and plenty of lights for various moods, tea & coffee, in-room slippers, insect repellant cream, memo pads and pencils and a collection convenient stationary items. Free WiFi internet service is available in all rooms. Additional facilities offered in deluxe beach view rooms are private balcony facing beach, bluetooth speaker set and iPads upon request, for greater pleasure during the stay.

Standard Rooms - each with 264 Sqft in total area are located in the ground floor of the house, facing the west garden and located in the ground floor. Although these rooms are located in the ground floor, large French windows flood the rooms with plenty of natural light. Rooms are next to each, and furnished with king sized double beds and plenty of pillows for a comfortable stay for one or two guests.

Beach View Deluxe Rooms - each with 300 Sqft on total area) with en suite baths and private balconies (235 Sqft) are located on the first floor of the house. These four rooms feature a private balcony overlooking the coconut grove and the blue lagoon. The rooms provide a bit of a love nest, furnished with a romantic king sized beds accented with head boards. Spectacular views of the of the Indian Ocean and the pristine white sandy beach are afforded to these charming rooms through the wide expanse of two sets of adjacent sidelight windows and the French patio doors opening to its private balcony. There is also great accommodation in the house for families with young children. Rooms 701 and 702 are interconnected with Room 702 fitted is with twin beds which can also be converted into a king size bed if desired. Cots for babies and beds for smaller children can be made available upon request.

On the first floor of the house, the multi purpose tropical style Café is tastefully designed to create an ambience, for diners to feel at home immersed in dining experience, and yet to be easily turned into an elegant evening entertainment center. The simple rustic interior (filled with various quirky decorative items and an eclectic collection of furniture, combined with the spectacular cerulean view and sunset views through the coconut grove), makes the Café’ one of the most unique experience of the house.

You’ll also be delighted with the flavorful cuisines, ranging from distinctly Maldivian to Western, Asian (Indian, Sri Lankan & Chinese) & Middle Eastern, offered at the Café. The cafe offers seriously fresh food with a focus on natural, and healthy ingredients and innovative gourmet creations. One look at the menu, and it is easy to see why. We offer a range of vegan dishes, organic and fresh salads. However, that doesn’t mean you have to go entirely veggie to eat here. The café’ also offers chicken and plenty of fresh fish dishes, Italian pastas and pizzas. There is also a small selection of homemade sandwiches and hot snacks, cakes, cookies, brownies. How do damage deposits work?
