Chloe&Leo Apartment settles right in the heart of Hanoi where you can walk to the Opera House or Hoan Kiem Lake within a few minutes. This lovely house is taken care by me and Chloe to detail as we used to live here, just to be sure you are gonna have the best treat during your stay in Hanoi.

The apartment is definitely where you stay away from chaotic Hanoi. Chloe had told me she would rather lie in the sofa all day reading books or take a hot bath while tasting the wine, than going outside the building. I recommend you not to say too long at home as a tourist though, even it is just so comfortable experience.

Besides, you might notice that our home has lots of plants which we take care them almost everyday. If you are staying inside, can you please offer them with daily bath for us? We love them so much and we hope our guests will do the same as plants are the signature of our place.

As I and my girlfriend are busy with our main jobs most of day time, we might not be available during your stay. Please pardon us on this. Instead, we have a door-woman living next to our house, who will be the one offers you the key and instruction. She speaks little English but please do not worry as we are available on phone and messaging 24/7.

Can't tell how blessed I am to host such nice persons as Maja and Chris. There are a few of people which are able to warm your heart just by talking to them, listening to their stories and seeing how they spread their love to the others. Why can't I call Leo (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leo (the owner) a message.

If Leo (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
