The cottage has an outstanding furnished screen porch that greets you as you enter the villa. As you enter the home, the laundry closet and kitchen are on your left with the Great Room directly in front. The master bedroom with a King Bed and private bath (whirlpool tub) is the right of the foyer. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen with a slider to the golf view sundeck. The hall bath (tub/shower) also has a door into the guest bedroom. The dining is the first area as you enter the great room. Plenty of seating for the family. There is also a gas fireplace in the dining area. The seating area in the living room has a large slider leading onto the open sundeck. From the villa you have wonderful views of the Plantation Golf Course. From the great room is a spiral staircase to the open sleeping loft overlooking the great room.
Pets allowed at this property for an additional non-refundable Fee, (See Pet Instructions). Security Deposit or non-refundable Damage Waiver, No Smoking and No Linens. The Optional Departure Cleaning and Optional Travel Ins are available.
Ocean Ridge is a small 300 acre golf/tennis/recreation resort located within the Town of Edisto Beach. Recreation amenities(2 pools, workout room, beach tram (seasonal), tours,Beach Cabana(restrooms, showers, beach equip. rentals), bike rentals, water sports, video rentals) are available to all resort guests for a fee (see Recreation Center for info and latest schedules). Parking is allowed on Palmetto Blvd and every cross street is a beach access point.
