Furnished apartment for rent (holidays) type 2 of 50 m² located on the ground floor (half-level) of the Villa Côté-Plage on the seafront. This is a "Furnished tourist" classified 4 stars. It consists of an entrance hall, a large bright living room with kitchen (Senseo, coffee percolator, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer) a quiet room overlooking the rear of the villa, a separate toilet, a shower room and a beautiful south-west facing wooden terrace with superb sea views. Furnished and tastefully decorated. Private parking at the back of the building. The tenant brings his bed linen (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases ...), his crockery and trash bags (20L) and towels and sheets. Duvets available on site. Possibility of renting linen from our intermediary. The dishes and utensils are sufficient for 6 people. The dishes must be made clean and tidy upon departure. The bins will be sorted and deposited in the ad-hoc room adjacent to the villa. The apartment is not suitable for pets. No parties or noisy parties.

Merci beaucoup Vianney. Très heureux que l'appartement Villa Côté Plage, sa situation, sa vue et son équipement vous aient plu. Nous apportons le plus grand soin à ce que chacun s'y trouve au mieux. Pour le papier toilette, nous en laissons régulièrement en stock... mais il disparait manifestement très vite... (c'est une location de meublé, difficile d'avoir le même service qu'une chambre d'hôtes ;-) ). Nous essaierons néanmoins de trouver une autre solution. Au plaisir de vous y accueillir à nouveau prochainement.

Why can't I call Sylvie (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sylvie (the owner) a message.

If Sylvie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
