Newly refurbished for 2023, Meadow Cottage sleeps up to 6 people, is dog friendly, has free parking and is situated in a quiet area just a 10-minute drive or a 20-minute walk across the water meadows to Salisbury Cathedral and the city centre.

The luxurious and well-equipped cottage is good for couples, families, groups, and furry friends, although unsuitable for guests with limited mobility. Self-catering and parking for two cars on a driveway. Includes cinema room with 65" TV. Continental Breakfast Hamper Included.

If you are looking for a chic, rustic-style cottage situated within walking distance to Salisbury centre and opposite a lovely park and close to a great pub set on the river, then look no further than Meadow Cottage.

Created to the same AA 5-star standard that we have used in our sister properties, Stonehenge Cottages, this property is based in a quiet close which is also suitable for children.

The property is located opposite a wildlife reserve and near a riverside pub.

This delightful cottage can sleep 6 with two king-size bedrooms, one twin bedroom and two bathrooms.

A cosy lounge/dining room greets you as you arrive with a large sofa, 50" HD TV, DVD payer, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, DVDs, Bluetooth Sound System and CD player.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, Nespresso machine, Bluetooth sound system and loads of kitchen storage.

On the first floor is the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed & en-suite shower. The Cinema Room has a 65" HD TV, a large chess set, games galore and a music system.

On the top floor, there is a second bedroom king-size bed and a third twin bedroom plus bathroom.

The property benefits from rustic wooden doors throughout, and every bedroom has a multi-USB charger for your phones and tablets.

All toiletries are eco-friendly, and toilet and kitchen rolls are made from eco-bamboo.

Continental Breakfast Hamper Included.

Please note that the old cottage stairways and no downstairs toilet would make it unsuitable for disabled or elderly guests.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
