There is one additional bedroom with two bunk beds containing 4 twins. The expansive back yard is calling to all outdoor sports fans for a game of touch football or a badminton tournament. Spend your days lounging in the sun, listening to the sound of the waves washing up on your own private beach!
Conducive to entertaining and caring for your whole family, the first floor also has a laundry room that has two full-size washers and dryers and two large, fully enclosed outdoor showers. On the basement level there is a large entertainment room—complete with some overflow sleeping accommodations—that opens out directly to an outdoor, covered patio seating area
