The villa is part of Nicodia estate, located at the foothills of the Rodope mountains, in the small village of Tsareva Polyana. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 20km from the city of Haskovo, the property is within 50km range from the ancient Thracian cities Perperikon and Tatul, the biggest statue of Virgin Mary in the world and other natural treasures like “The stone wedding”.
The estate comprises of four country villas, three of which are self-catered properties. The villas benefit from their own private pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and barbeque with outside kitchen. Leading from the living room is a spacious porch with stunning views, furnished with a garden table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With one double and one twin bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

The villa has a porch with a garden table with a view of the Rhodope mountains and the swimming pool. On the first floor there is a fireplace which is used to heat up the entire living area including the bathrooms and the storage room. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with utensils, storage room, AC, cable LED TV mounted on the wall, expandable dining table for six persons. Our guests are provided with a DVD Hi Fi system to enjoy their favorite tunes while relaxing at the porch or coach. On the second floor there is one twin and one double bedroom, both of which have access to the balcony, offering the same spectacular view as the porch – the foothills of the Rodope Mountains. The gym, sauna, jacuzzi, laundry machine are located in the service villa, which is connected to the other three villas via stone pathways.
Nicodia estate is located on the top of a hill overlooking the Rhodope mountains and the village of Tsareva Polyana, the property is secluded from the village as the nearest neighbor is half a kilometer away.
On the south east side of the estate there is a swimming pool with water from river Arda, it has 9 sunbed lounges, umbrellas and other pool accessories. On the northeast side, there is a parking lot for 4 vehicles
The property boasts fourteen small gardens encircled by stone pathways which are ideal for small children to run around. The gardens have an automated sprinkler system, so that in the evenings when the sprinklers come up, even in the hottest days the porch is idyllic for dining out.
In the backyard (northeast side), there is a barbeque with a summer kitchen and three sets of tables with benches that can be used by our guests to dine out in spring, summer and autumn.
