Our luxury two bed apartment is situated within the quiet Rocklands

Holiday Park and offers a perfect base for your Hastings holidays.

Our apartments are for adults only ( min age 16 ) with no smoking or pets allowed.

Although this apartment is on the ground floor, the entrance from the car park is on the 1st floor ( backside of the property ) and therefore

may not be suitable for people who do not wish to use the stairs from the car park entrance to the lower level.

The master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with

shower, toilet and washbasin. The second bedroom has two single beds

and a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin.

Bed linen and towels are provided and we also have laundry facilities.

The apartment offers spacious living with fully fitted kitchen, modern furnishings, fixtures and fittings, underfloor heating, free wifi and free secure parking next to the entrance to the building.

This is a ground-floor self-catering apartment featuring a patio area with seating where you can relax and watch the sun come up, sit and read or have a glass of wine looking at the moon shining down on the sea.

The property enjoys stunning views over the English channel and is just a 15 minute walk from the famous Old Town Hastings. So whether you are looking for a nice weekend break, a short getaway or a longer stay, our superior two bedroom apartments will ensure a perfect Hastings self catering holiday.

Why can't I call Joan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joan (the owner) a message.

If Joan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
