A barn conversion in the village of Hathersage in the Peak District National Park which can sleep six people in three bedrooms.Broadwood Barn is a converted barn in the Peak District village of Hathersage. It has three bedrooms comprising of a king size double with an en-suite bathroom as well as two doubles, there is also a family bathroom, the cottage can sleep six people. Also inside there is a kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room. To the outside there is ample off road parking and a patio with furniture and a barbecue. Broadwood Barn is an excellent cottage in a stunning location to be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, fridge, Freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Ample off road parking. Patio with furniture and BBQ. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 min walk. Note: The path leading down to the property is steep and may represent a challenge for people with mobility issues or for those who require pushchairs for young children. Note: Broadwood Barn 952359 may be booked with Broadwood Farm 952361 which sleeps 9. Note: The use of lockable bike storage is available (at guests own risk), access to the bike storage is for adults only due to maintenance equipment also stored in the room. Please note the heated outdoor swimming pool (lido) in Hathersage village should be booked online in advance to avoid disappointment.

Region: The ultimate in year-round appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

Town: Hathersage is in the Peak District National Park in the Hope Valley, close to excellent walking at Edale. Visitors come to Hathersage to visit the churchyard and the grave of Little John! Jane Eyre is thought to have been inspired by Charlotte Bronte's visit to Hathersage in 1845. For a small village it has shops, pubs and places to eat, as well as an open air swimming pool and railway station. A great centre for exploring the Peak District!
