A 10 min drive gets you to the beautiful beaches of Pembrokeshire and its a 10 min walk to the town centre and its thriving shopping centre and retail park with Next, M&S, Boots etc. This stylish, very well equipped property spread over 4 floors offering lots of space/privacy makes it an ideal base for family or friends wishing to share a holiday. Ground Floor: A fully self contained flat with open plan Lounge, 2 sofas and a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven, hob and fridge, separate utility room/double shower and washing machine. Access to patio/terraced garden and outdoor dining area. The g/f hallway/stairs lead to:1st Floor: A Large Lounge with 2 leather sofas (seating 6/7), 42" flatscreen TV with DVD/Radio. Dining area (seats 4/6) leading to a well equipped Kitchen with Neff appliances (cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher). There’s a large separate Dining Room on the same floor (seats 10-12) with New England style pine furniture. Stairs lead to: 2nd floor: On this floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom : Bedroom 1 is a large room with a Kingsize bed + cot (Order in advance) and sitting/dressing area, TV/DVD player, the room fronts the house and overlooks a quiet Green. Bedroom 2 (sleeps 4) is another large room with 2 double beds, a TV and DVD player. Bedroom 3 on this floor is a twin and sleeps 2. The family bathroom is on this floor and has a large double shower, bath, basin and WC. Stairs lead to:3rd floor: Bedroom 4: (Sleeps 3) A large bedroom with separate double and single beds. This room also has an en-suite WC/Basin and is ideal for 3 kids sharing.The property is in Haverfordwest in a quiet but central location with a private driveway for 2 cars and a small lay by opposite offers additional parking. The property offers easy access to the coastline and beautiful beaches of Pembrokeshire. Haverfordwest market town has an an abundance of shops, pubs, restaurants, cinema and leisure centre. Nearby activities include: Golf at Haverfordwest Golf Club, Go-Karting, Swimming at Blue Lagoon Water Park in Narberth which also has a thriving shopping area with coffee shops, wine bars and boutiques.The rear terraced garden is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol, perfect for those sunny evenings after a day at the beach. Caroline the owner was friendly from the moment we spoke on the phone. Her attention to detail is first rate. On arrival a very warm welcome greated us along with some well thought out provisions (bread, milk, eggs etc). The main house is arranged over 3 stories and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. The downstairs studio gave us the bonus of another shower room, kitchen and lounge. The main house has three large double bedrooms (1 with 2 doubles) and a twin, a full bathroom with a double shower, a large dining room as well as an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge. The kitchen is very well equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday. Haverfordwest has several major supermarkets and shops within a 20 min walk. Several takeaways and pubs/resturants are also within walking distance. My husband and l travelled with teenagers and grandparents for a week, Pembroke house had lots of room so there was ample space for everyone to spread out. A big bonus was good internet connection so teens were happy. Haverfordwest was a good base for exploring south Wales as Tenby, St David's etc were approx 20 mins away. A big hit with whole family were Heatherton activities Centre (Karting, Shooting etc) and Oakwood theme park (Speed coaster a must). Would recommend Pembroke house. Great Holiday

“Excellent Family Accomodation in Pembrokeshire” Reviewed May 12, 2014
We visited Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire for a Family Wedding, Myself and my Wife and 3 Children (Ages 12,11,1). The Town House was in a good Location near the centre of Haverfordwest and all its amenities and very close by car to all the Coast. Broad Haven Beach is on 10 minutes away by car. The Town House is exceptional and very clean. It feels like you are at 'Home' as it has everything you need and feels like a 'Home' rather than some sterile holiday let. It has excellent sized bedrooms and can cater for large mixed families. The living room has very comfy leather seats and has a large LCD TV with excellent WIFI. A great Holiday for me is comfort and WIFI Connection (17 Mbps - Excellent as I tested the download rate). The TownHouse had everything you would ever need! and more. The owner has obviously thought this out and made a great holiday experience for all the Guests that Visit.
The Location is excellent for a Holiday in Pembrokeshire and the Townhouse is Perfect!
