This semi-detached, 18th century cottage has a peaceful hillside setting with stunning views over the South Tyne Valley and superb walks right from the doorstep. It is conveniently located just 1 mile from the village of Haydon Bridge.

Pagecroft Cottage combines the character of antique furniture and period features with all the modern comforts that one would expect for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Close to Langley Castle, Hadrian's Wall and only 10 minutes drive from the historical market town of Hexham, it is also within easy driving distance of Newcastle upon Tyne, Carlisle, Northumberland National Park, Kielder Water and Forest Park and the picturesque North Pennines and Allen Valley. A fantastic base to explore beautiful Northumberland.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Imogen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
