Newly renovated privately owned chalet house in the grounds of the lovely manor. A comfortable living room, Two double bedrooms, and a third bedroom with 3 single beds, (1set of Bunk and a single) 2 bathrooms one with bath one with shower, double glazed, 2 Patios one at the front which has the advantage of the Morning Sun and is ideal for enjoying al fresco breakfast on Sunny Days, the other Patio at the Back where the Sun moves round to in the afternoon, is also ideal for evening BBQ's, there is also a picnic bench. Benefits from all the facilities on site including swimming pool and sauna, tennis and squash courts, children's playground and kids club, crazy golf (a small charge applies) There is also an on site shop and launderette. There is a bar, snooker table and internet cafe in the Manor House. Close to stunning beaches, bird sanctuaries and numerous tourist attractions: St. Ives, St Michael's Mount, The Eden Project, The Lizard, Mousehole, Land's End, Paradise Park, Flambard's Theme Park, The Scilly Isles, Falmouth, St Mawes, Newquay, Go Karting, Golf, Fishing.

Hayle is situated overlooking St Ives Bay and it is also famous for its three miles of golden sands. The Beaches start at the mouth of the estuary which is an international Bird watching Spot, bird sightings include Ospreys, Avocets and many Wading Birds. As well as being close to St Ives many beaches, Hayle also boasts Gwithian surfing Beach which is a great beach for all the family with lots of sand and Rock pools for the children as well as being a surfing beach Gwithian is also great for body boarding and it is very close to Portreath.

Our homes are situated is an idyllic setting in the grounds of a captivating and charming old Cornish Manor with the peaceful 3 miles of golden sands of Hayle Towans just over a mile away. The area abounds with secluded tranquil Coves and magnificent Beaches. The Famous resort of St Ives only a few minutes away has a delightful Harbour and the World Famous Tate Gallery to offer as well as the Beaches of Porthminster, Porthgwydden and Surfing Beach Porth Meor.

There is also a local Park & Ride facility to and from St Ives.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Adam (the owner) a message.

If Adam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
