Holly Lodge is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom log cabin situated in a quiet location on Cedar Springs Chalet Park. Cedar Springs is a family owned and run chalet park situated in a peaceful location within the village of Heacham, the home of Norfolk Lavender. Cedar Springs is a very quiet chalet park, situated away from the road and just 5 minutes walk from Heacham beach.

Amusements, pubs, takeaways and shops are all within walking distance. Hunstanton, a popular seaside town is 3 miles away and within walking distance along the prom. There you will find all the attractions of a Victorian seaside town.

The park is ideally situated to explore the lovely countryside and the unspoilt beaches of the North Norfolk coast. Holkham beach is the BBC Countryfile Beach of the Year 2018 and is nearby. It has featured in many films including Shakespeare in Love with Gwyneth Paltrow.

The Royal Estate of Sandringham is located just 15 minutes away. The towns and many villages along the coast are worth visiting particularly Brancaster, Burnham Market, Wells next Sea, Cromer and Sheringham.

Holly Lodge offers a peaceful and very comfortable haven to relax in after a day spent exploring the area. Short breaks available out of season.

Holly Lodge is a spacious 2 bedroom cabin sleeping 4 people in one double bedroom with en-suite and one twin bedroom, separate bathroom. No access ramp. Bed linen and electricity included. Towels are not provided.

Cherry Lodge and Willow Lodge are 3 bedroom log cabins sleeping up to 5 people in one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. There is a bathroom with a large shower cubilcle, no bath. Cherry Lodge & Willow Lodge have access ramps. These lodges have been awarded a 4 star rating by Visit England.

Holly Lodge is a 2 bedroom, 2 main bathroom with a large shower cubicle next to the twin bedroom. The ensuite bathroom connects to the double bedroom and has a shower cubicle. No bath. Holly Lodge has been awarded a 4 star Gold rating by Visit England.

All the log cabins are furnished to a high standard with comfortable leather sofas and pine furniture. They have fully equipped kitchens with undercounter fridge freezers, cookers, microwaves and washer/dryers. Heating is by programmable electric wall panel heaters in each room. Electricity and bed linen included. Please note that towels are not provided.

Cherry and Willow Lodge have ramps for easy access. Holly Lodge has 3 steps up to the entrance. All cabins have verandahs with patio furniture and loungers. All cabins have adjacent designated car parking spaces. Pretty gardens. Safe for children. No dogs are permitted on Cedar Springs. Cherry Lodge and Willow Lodge have a 4 star rating which is assessed annually by Visit England. Holly Lodge has been awarded a 4 star Gold rating by Visit England.

Why can't I call Kristel (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Kristel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
