Absolute Serenity I is our 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath Condo with a private deck overlooking the beautiful Chattahoochee River. Enjoy a nice walk to the park that is neighboring the condo, and enjoy easy and quick access to downtown Helen GA. This cute condo has a recent interior update is 2023 and has everything you need for your comfort. Large King bed, Comfy living room furniture, new stainless appliances, new countertops in the kitchen and bathroom, large rain showerhead, and new stack washer and dryer. Perfect for people traveling together with another couple as there is a condo in that same building on the third floor managed by Blue Creek Cabins. You will love the easy river access down below for swimming, fishing, tubing, and more. Enjoy quick and easy access to ALL of what Helen GA has to offer, Golf, Games, Food, Bars, Festhalle, and so much more. This Condo is perfect for those wanting to stay right downtown, park your car for FREE and spend the rest of your time site seeing and having fun.

The linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per the manufacturer's guidelines. We look forward to welcoming you to our condo and hosting your stay.

Too pricey for what it is. Not as nice as pictures made it out be. We purchased a blow up mattress after the first night. View was good river. Next door to park

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
