Four Star rated luxury first floor apartment situated by woodlands and fields in an area of outstanding natural beauty. While being secluded and peaceful, this single apartment is within easy level walking distance of Henley-on-Thames and its famous stretch of river.

The property is furnished to the highest possible standard with brand new furniture, soft-furnishings and tastefully decorated.

While part of a large family home, it is detached from the main building across the spacious driveway and therefore totally private and self-contained with ample off-road parking. There is an outside patio with seating area.

The apartment is across the driveway well away from the main house within the triple garage block. This apartment that's close to Henley-on-Thames and yet set in spectacular countryside, has been built right next to a lovely bridle path which leads to miles of walks or cycle rides. There is a spacious and comfortable open-plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and stylish dining area.

Newly decorated for 2015 with good quality furniture and fittings.

Next to the open-plan living/dining room is a luxurious double bedroom with pocket-sprung double bed, Egyptian cotton bedding, cushions and hypo-allergenic pillows. The living area is stylishly furnished with two seater sofa, comfortable reclining chair, flat screen TV, DVD player and radio/CD/MP3 player.

The bedroom has an en-suite shower room with fully enclosed shower.

As well as beautiful surrounding countryside, Henley-on-Thames town centre has numerous restaurants and pubs, and plenty of interesting shops and markets.

Annual events include the Henley Royal Regatta, The Henley music Festival both in July, The Eighties Rewind Festival in August and the Henley Literary Festival in September. There is also the Henley Food Festival and the Henley Fringe Festival in late July.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mrs E. (the owner) a message.

If Mrs E. (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
