From the owner

The 'old bakery' is centrally and quietly directly below the historical market square with cafes and restaurants in the Centre of the old town of Heppenheim. The historic house was certified after the refurbishment in 2012 by the German tourism association with stars.

The holiday apartment 'Starkenburg' (70 sq m) is located on the first floor of our apartment house. The very light and comfortable suite is decorated with furniture in the Bauhaus style and offers a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bedroom / dressing room with a single bed. The beds are equipped with 7-zone cold foam mattresses. The full kitchen in high gloss, the designer bathroom with bath and shower and a separate guest toilet complete the comfortable equipment. In the summer months, you can enjoy the views of the old town on the small roof terrace for coffee or wine.

'Snoring couples' have the ability in separate rooms to sleep. In the double bed in the bedroom a single bed can be obtained. The second-person stayed in the guest room - single bed when booking with please.

The apartment has been certified by the DTV with 5 stars (highest value) and includes all comfort with exclusive furniture.

The sanitary area offers high quality facilities with bathtub and separate shower of designer Philippe Starck. Still, WC there is a separate guest. Hand and bath towels, hairdryer, 1 x slippers etc. and bathrobes are provided.

The generous nature of this unit is underlined by the kitchen open to the living area. The kitchen front is black gloss lacquer and optically perfectly adapted to the interior design. The facilities include ceramic hob, microwave, fridge and coffee maker (Tchibo capsules), oven, hood dishwasher as also cutlery, dishes, glasses and cookware etc.,

In-house Wi-Fi can be used free of charge. LCD TV with cable channels available.

The Windows are equipped with Sun / privacy or blackout curtains.

Washing machine and dryer are available on request.

Shopping possibility in the vicinity (health food store) or in the pedestrian area only a few minutes away. Restaurants 1 min. away.

Numerous sights such as the historic marketplaces, half-timbered houses, castles and castles, as well as a rich cultural offer make the region worth mountain road. Heppenheim is the ideal base for exploring the tourist cities of Heidelberg, Mannheim, Darmstadt, Frankfurt and worms. For those interested in culture, the UNESCO World Heritage area is Lorsch Abbey with the extension to the world heritage site in 2014 from Lorsch Abbey in just a few minutes away.

Heppenheim is the hometown of formula one world champion Sebastian Vettel.
