This modern luxury one bedroom apartment, can accommodate up to 5 people totally. The apartment is located on the second floor of a luxurious newly built apartment block near the city center of Heraklion and it overlooks a local park.

The apartment comprises of an open plan space with a spacious fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom and a master bathroom with shower. Also the sofas in the living room that transform into beds with their anatomical layers can accommodate 3 more persons. Furthermore, a baby cot is provided in case you travel with you little ones! The building has elevator and ramps for easy access to people with mobility difficulties.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to prepare a full meal.

Upon arrival we make sure we provide some essential food, including milk, coffee, tea, orange juice, bread, butter, marmalade, honey, water and wine. Also in the cabinets you will find some basic staff for meals such as pasta, rice, tomato juice etc. This is complimentary, itis part of our hospitality and guests are free to use it with no extra charge.

Further amenities include full air condition system (both in living room and in bedroom), fast Internet wifi connection, Active NETFLIX account installed in the TV DVD player with wide movies range, integrated laundry and dishwasher. All amenities are on the guests’ disposal.

All essentials such as sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, shampoo and tooth paste are provided.

Sightseeing in Heraklion

Koules Fortress: Koules Fortress is the symbol of Heraklion Town. It stands at the entrance of the port and dominates over the lovely Venetian harbour. The fortress was originally built by the Venetians in the 13th century but then it underwent many transformations by the Ottomans, who ruled Crete till the late 19th century.

Historical Museum: The Historical Museum of Heraklion was established in 1953 by the Society of Cretan Historical Studies. The museum presents the history and culture of Crete from the early Christian times till modern era.

Archaeological Museum: The Archaeological Museum of Heraklion Crete is one of the richest in collections. It houses findings exclusively from Crete and the most important collections come from Knossos, Phaestos, Gortyn, Aharnes and other ancient sites.

Natural History Museum: The Natural History Museum of Crete allows visitors to see and experience the biodiversity of Crete. It is housed in a modern building at the port of Heraklion Town.

Minoan Palace of Knossos: The Minoan Palace of Knossos lays about 5 km south of Heraklion Town. This is the most famous and largest Minoan site in Greece. Discovered in the early 20th century by the British archaeologist Sir Arthur Evans, the site was found almost intact and covered by ashes. This led scientists believe that the palace was destroyed by a tsunami wave caused by the volcanic eruption of Santorini in 1,550 BC.

Cretaquarium: Founded in 2005, this is the largest aquarium in the Mediterranean. It depicts marine life with upgraded and impressive presentations of natural landscapes, offering visitors a chance to see rare sea living creatures.

Traditional Village of Crete

Arhanes (Heraklion): This is a picturesque village built on the slopes of a short hill. Many ancient sites surround Epano Archanes, while in a close distance is also the village Kato Archanes. You can enjoy relaxing moments wondering at the stone paths of the village and taste traditional flavors at the village square!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eva (the owner) a message.

If Eva (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
